If i'm hearing you right you're asking abou the area in the southeast part of the henne mines. There is an entrance to the feywood there, but unfortunitely you can't pass through it. The area is blocked and for some unexplainable reason there is no way to remove the barricade. You can enter from the feywood but you'll have the same problem.
